Do I need a courier account?
No. Book couriers from Ship Desk at the rates shown. If you already have a courier account, you can keep using it and add tracking numbers manually.
Can I keep some products local only?
Yes. Mark a product as local delivery only, and customers outside your zones will not be able to order it.
How are courier charges billed?
Courier charges are shown before booking and billed separately from your plan, based on weight and destination.
