Your store, your business
The platform provides software to build and run your own online store. You are the seller. Your customers buy from you, and you are responsible for your products, prices, delivery promises, returns and customer service. We are not a party to the sale between you and your customers.
Your account
- You must give accurate signup details and keep your login details private.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
AI-drafted content
The AI Store Builder and Catalogue Studio draft product names, descriptions, categories, suggested prices and themes from the photos and details you provide. These are drafts. You review them, you set final prices and you decide what to publish. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything published in your store, including weights, sizes, materials, ingredients and allergen information.
What you can sell
You may sell lawful products and services that you have the right to sell. You may not use your store to sell:
- Items that are illegal where you or your customers are, or that need a licence you do not hold.
- Counterfeit goods or products that infringe someone else's trademark, copyright or design.
- Weapons, drugs, tobacco and alcohol where prohibited, or hazardous materials.
- Anything misleading, such as products described as handmade, organic or pure silk when they are not.
We may hide products or suspend stores that break these rules, and we will tell you why.
Messages to customers
You may send marketing messages only to customers who opted in, and you must honour opt-outs. Order updates may be sent to customers who placed an order. You must not use the platform to send spam or to message people who did not give you their number.
Plans and billing
- Plans are charged per store, monthly or yearly, as shown on the Plans page at the time you subscribe.
- We take no commission on your sales. Payment gateway, courier and campaign message charges are separate and shown before you use them.
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails, your store moves to the Thela plan limits after a grace period. Your data is not deleted.
Payments and payouts
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partners and are subject to their verification and settlement rules. Settlement timing, chargebacks and disputes are handled under those rules. Cash on delivery orders are collected by you or your courier.
Your content and data
You own your store content, product photos and customer list. You give us permission to host, display and process that content only to run your store and the features you use. You can export your data at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep stores online at all times, but cannot promise the service will be free of interruptions. We may improve or change features. If a change removes a feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the plan fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Closing your store
You can close your store at any time. We may suspend or close stores that break these terms, harm customers or put the platform at risk. Where possible we will give notice and a chance to export your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
