Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay a flat plan per store per month. Payment gateway and courier charges are separate and shown before you use them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades apply at once, downgrades from the next billing period.
What happens if I go over 20 products on Thela?
Your existing products stay live. To add more, move to Dukaan or archive older products.
Why are prices in US dollars?
Plans are listed in US dollars so sellers everywhere see the same price. Your invoice shows the amount charged in your local currency at the time of billing.
