What are the payment charges?
Payment gateway charges depend on the payment method and are shown in your dashboard before you switch a method on. They are separate from your Alfaekart plan. We take no commission on your sales.
When do I receive my money?
Online payments settle to your bank account on the payment gateway's schedule, usually within a few working days. Each settlement is listed with its orders.
Can I accept payments without a GST number?
Yes, many small sellers start without GST. Verification needs your PAN and bank account. Check with your accountant whether GST registration applies to you.
